The 2nd engine is a 2.7L EcoBoost V6 that produces 330 hp and 415 lb-ft of torque. The 3rd engine is a 3.0L EcoBoost V6 found in the Raptor trim, and it produces 418 hp and 440 lb-ft of torque. Drivers can choose a 10-speed automatic transmission, but a 7-speed manual transmission is available for the 2.3L engine. 

The Bronco uses the HOSS 3.0 Suspension system for off-road driving. The vehicle also includes G.O.A.T. Modes©, which help the driver manage different types of ground. The Sasquatch Package is an option that adds more off-road tools to the vehicle. 

2026 Ford Bronco Sport 

The 2026 Ford Bronco Sport has 2 engine choices. The base engine is a 1.5L EcoBoost I-3 that produces 181 hp and 190 lb-ft of torque. The higher engine choice is a 2.0L EcoBoost I-4 that produces 250 hp and 277 lb-ft of torque. Both engines use an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Bronco Sport is a smaller vehicle, but it still has 4-wheel drive as a standard feature. 

Interior Features and Comfort 

2026 Ford Bronco 

The interior of the 2026 Bronco has a 12″ LCD touchscreen. This screen uses the SYNC© 4 system to control the radio and settings. This system includes Apple CarPlay© and Android Auto© for smartphone use. The vehicle has seats made of cloth or leather, and the front seats can be heated in higher trims. There are also auxiliary switches that the driver can use for extra lights or tools. 

2026 Ford Bronco Sport 

The 2026 Bronco Sport has a 13.2″ LCD touchscreen, which is larger than the screen in the regular Bronco. This screen also uses the SYNC© 4 system with Apple CarPlay© and Android Auto©. The Raptor trim uses 37″ tires for even more height. The vehicle has removable doors and a removable roof for open-air driving. 

2026 Ford Bronco Sport 

The Bronco Sport is a smaller SUV that is easy to drive in traffic. It has a ground clearance of 8.8″ if the driver selects the Sasquatch Package for the Outer Banks or Badlands trims. This package uses 235/65R17 tires on 17″ wheels. The Bronco Sport can go through 24″ of water. It also has G.O.A.T. Modes© to help the driver on dirt or sand roads. 

Safety Features 

The 2026 Bronco and Bronco Sport both have Ford Co-Pilot360© technology. This system includes BLIS©, which stands for Blind Spot Information System. It also has Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking to help prevent crashes. Each vehicle has a rear view camera and Hill Descent Control as standard safety tools.
